Every time I check, the stuff I actually want is out of stock again. On top of that, I keep having to go through verification repeatedly, which just makes the whole experience even more frustrating.

I picked this up hoping it would solve what I needed without too much fuss, it did the job just fine. I set it up, used it for a bit, and didn’t run into any real problems. Everything worked the way I expected. The only thing that kept me from feeling totally satisfied was the price. It’s good, but I kept thinking I’d be a lot happier with it if it had cost a little less.

I ordered from tooletries.com.au during one of their promo code offers. The website was easy enough to get around, and shipping was standard, nothing out of the ordinary. The code applied properly at checkout too, so that part all worked as expected. I guess I just thought the final sale price would feel like a better bargain than it did. It was fine, just not amazing, so I’d probably hold off for a stronger discount next time.

I bought this shower holder because the wording made it sound like it would be a simple, low-fuss thing to use, but that hasn’t really been my experience. Soap scum and grime build up around the edges quickly, and cleaning it is more annoying than I expected. Even after scrubbing it, it still doesn’t look properly fresh. It also needs to be re-stuck more often than I thought it would. For the price, I expected something easier to maintain, so I’m not too happy with it

I had a frustrating time trying to sort out a return with Tooletries. It took ages to get a proper response, and when they did reply, it felt like I was just being passed from one person to another. The most annoying part was that every answer seemed to come back to some policy excuse instead of actually helping fix the issue. The warranty process wasn’t much better either, I thought it would be straightforward, but it turned into a messy back and forth. after this experience, I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I’ll admit I’m usually skeptical of adhesive bathroom stuff because it almost always ends up sliding down the wall on me. But this one actually impressed me. I put up a razor holder and a small shelf on my shower tiles a few weeks ago, and they’ve stayed put even with daily showers, steam, and water hitting the area. I’m giving it 4 stars because you really do have to press it on firmly and let it sit before using it, which is a little annoying if you’re impatient like me. But once it’s stuck, it really stays stuck

I reached out to Tooletries about an issue with my order and just waited... and waited. I even sent a follow-up, and still didn’t get any real answer?! It’s ridiculous when all you’re asking for is a simple update.
The products might be fine, but the customer service made it feel like no one was even checking the inbox. After this experience, I really don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I noticed right away that it went on easily. I usually look for patterns with products like this, whether they apply smoothly, if they need extra effort, or if they get patchy, and this one was simple from the start. No real hassle, just easy to use.

The design is okay — it’s clean and kind of modern, but it looks more basic in person than I expected. The colors are a bit dull, and for the price, the whole thing feels a little overpriced. To make it more annoying, it showed up at a really bad time when I actually needed it earlier, so that definitely didn’t help my impression. Not terrible, but I’m not that impressed.

It looks good and sticks to the wall just fine, so no complaints there. But am I the only one who thought the drainage would be better? After showers, water still kind of sits around the bottom and I end up having to tip it out sometimes. It’s not a huge deal, and it’s definitely not terrible, but for the price I expected it to dry out a bit faster.

I was already annoyed because it took so long to arrive, and then when it finally got here the box was completely smashed. Everything inside was loose and looked like it had been tossed around. Really frustrating after waiting that long

I bought this thinking all the accessories would kind of mix and match easily, which is probably my fault for assuming, but I was setting it up on a Saturday afternoon while trying to clear space in the garage and it got annoying fast. The pieces don’t really fit together the way I expected unless you have the exact right parts. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a lot more modular and less like a puzzle where one missing piece makes the whole thing pointless.
